In Bukhara region, 5 workers died after being swept away by a sewage pipe
In the village of Bogidasht, Bukhara district, Bukhara region, 5 workers accidentally flowed into a sewer pipe and died. This was reported by the Department of Internal Affairs of Bukhara region.
According to the report, on September 4th, workers attempted to connect a multi-story building under construction in the 7th microdistrict of Bukhara city to the Central Sewerage Pipeline, which runs through the Bog\'idasht village area.
It is noted that the workers of the \"Fayz binokor Oltiariq\" enterprise opened the sewerage cover and fell into the pipe without obtaining permission from the engineering company for water supply and sewerage of the Bukhara region. As a result, due to the strong current, it flowed into the pipe.
The bodies of three workers were found in the wastewater pipeline of the Zarmanoq neighborhood, and the remaining two are being searched for.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 257, Part 2, Clause \"a\" of the Criminal Code (Violation of labor protection rules), and a preliminary investigation is underway.
