Jetour X90 Plus vehicle seized to recover debt

Based on the writ of execution from the Uchtepa Interdistrict Civil Court dated November 13, 2025, the recovery of a debt amounting to 456 million 916 thousand soums from the debtor U.E. has been ordered.

In accordance with the court decision, the recovery was directed at the 'JETOUR X90 PLUS' vehicle belonging to the debtor.

Since the debtor failed to pay the debt within the voluntary period, state enforcement officers initiated compulsory enforcement actions and issued a search warrant for the vehicle.

During the enforcement proceedings, the location of the vehicle was identified. However, as the debtor refused to surrender the vehicle, a special tow truck was engaged, the vehicle was placed in an impound lot, and a formal report was drawn up.

Currently, measures are being taken to sell the vehicle and cover the debt from the proceeds.
