A prestigious chess tournament with a prize fund of $750,000 has started in Weissenhaus.

Two Uzbek chess players - Nodirbek Abdusattorov and Javokhir Sindorov - are participating in this tournament.

According to the results of today\'s five rounds, Javokhir Sindorov has accumulated 4.5 points and is leading the tournament table with American Fabiano Caruana. Nodirbek Abdusattorov has 2.5 points.

Javakhish Sindarov defeated German Vincent Keimer, American Levon Aronian, Slovenian Vladimir Fedoseev, and chess legend Magnus Carlsen of Norway.

Nodirbek Abdusattorov drew with Gukesh, Americans Hikaru Nakamura and Fabiano Caruana, and defeated Vladimir Fedoseev.
