Uzbekistan concludes Asian Slalom Championships with medals

The Asian Canoe Slalom Championships in Xiyasi, China, have concluded. Featuring the continent's top athletes, the Uzbekistan national team delivered a strong performance, securing several medals for the country.

The final day of the competition proved successful for our representatives. The Uzbekistan team added 1 gold and 1 bronze medal to their tally. The success of kayaker Jonibek Temirgaliyev was particularly noteworthy.

Temirgaliyev outperformed all rivals in the cross event to win the gold medal. This result marked the only gold for the Uzbekistan team at the championships and significantly boosted their overall standing.
