Ugreen introduces new GaN charger: also displays iPhone model

Ugreen has unveiled its new Ugreen 45W USB-C GaN Fast Charger, featuring a unique design and a built-in display. The new gadget is priced at 119 yuan (approximately $18) and is scheduled to go on sale on May 26. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .

The device's main feature is a small display on its front panel. It shows real-time information about charging power, voltage, current, temperature, and the power delivery protocol in use. Most interestingly, the adapter can recognize Apple devices and display the name of the iPhone model on the screen.

Users can also set various emojis on the display. The device body is silver with a red base. To ensure compactness, its plug is foldable. The screen is positioned at a 45-degree angle for easy reading.

Thanks to GaN technology, the adapter remains very compact despite its 45W power output. It supports modes up to 20V and 2.25A, as well as 100–240V input voltage. The device weighs 96 grams, and the manufacturer offers an 18-month warranty.
