Xiaomi Mijia Refrigerator French 400L: New $440 fridge now on sale
Xiaomi has launched sales of its new refrigerator in the Mijia line — Refrigerator French 400L (model number BCD400WFSMPI). The official price is set at 3,000 yuan (approximately $440), but thanks to government subsidies in China, it can be purchased for 2,550 yuan ($375). This is reported by Ixbt.com .
The refrigerator is only 60 cm wide, making it easy to fit into kitchen cabinetry. Since the heat dissipation system is located at the bottom, it can be installed close to the wall without leaving space on the sides. The freezer compartment is equipped with a silver ion system, which provides antibacterial cleaning and eliminates unpleasant odors.
The temperature in the freezer compartment can be adjusted with high precision in the range from -1 to +5 °C. A unique feature of the device is the automatic ice-making function, which can produce up to 190 ice cubes in 60 minutes. The manufacturer claims an antibacterial efficiency rate of over 99.9%.
The Mijia Refrigerator French 400L model supports the Xiaomi Pengpai IoT platform. Users can control it via a mobile app, use the Xiao AI voice assistant, and update the software remotely (OTA). The company provides a 10-year warranty for the refrigerator compressor.
