Rostec presents the Gosudarstvennost system for corporate and state management
At the I International Security Forum, the Rostec state corporation unveiled a hardware-software complex called Gosudarstvennost. According to the developers, this system integrates disparate information systems and data arrays into a single digital ecosystem for managing a company, an industry, or an entire state. The complex was jointly developed by the company GiperGrafGrupp and the holding RT-Proyektniye texnologii. It forms a unified data model based on digitized information regarding budget, legislation, economy, and social processes. The system ensures logical data consistency, prepares analytical reports, and models development scenarios for projects and society.
This technological solution is capable of processing over 300,000 object classes and more than 2.4 billion interconnections between them simultaneously. Currently, the database stores up to 500 million records, and analysis processes are carried out using over 20,000 algorithms.
Rostec Deputy CEO Alexander Nazarov noted that developments of this level are carried out by only a few Western companies in the world. According to expert Vladimir Kutin, the system can be adapted to the unique culture of any country and allows for visual monitoring of all processes.
