In Uzbekistan, the cost of preparing 1 kilogram of plov has been calculated by region. According to the National Statistics Committee, the highest figure was recorded in Tashkent city.
It is noted that in the capital, preparing 1 kg of plov costs an average of 116,128 UZS. The lowest figure was recorded in the Republic of Karakalpakstan — 98,234 UZS.
