
The Uzbekistan U-21 national team continues its preparations for the Asian Cup. The team’s head coach, Ravshan Haydarov, shared his thoughts on the training camp and preparation taking place in Tashkent.
According to Ravshan Haydarov, the first phase of preparations for the Asian Cup is being held in Tashkent and will last two weeks. During the first week, significant attention has been directed toward improving the players’ physical condition. Special focus is being placed on the condition of players who have gone through a demanding season.
Additionally, two friendly matches are planned in the second phase — against the national teams of Jordan and Qatar. These matches will play an important role in refining the team’s form and carrying out further analysis.
Ravshan Haydarov emphasized that they are preparing for the Asian Cup with players of Olympic age and are prioritizing matches against experienced opponents. The coach's goal is to prepare well for the upcoming challenges at the Asian Cup and achieve high results through new experiences.
These developments and activities are expected to enhance the chances of the Uzbekistan U-21 national team achieving success in future tournaments.
