
In the latest round of the French championship, the "Angers" team secured a commanding 4–1 victory at home against "Nantes." This win allowed "Angers" to further distance themselves from the relegation zone.
The team claimed their fourth win in their last five matches. The game began in the 17th minute with "Angers" forward Himad Abdelli scoring with a penalty.
This goal gave the hosts control over the scoreboard. Yassin Belkdim attempted several long-range shots and came close to scoring, but the goalkeeper performed his duties effectively.
In the 60th minute, "Angers" successfully executed a counterattack. Sidiki Cherif delivered a precise strike to the opponent’s net, making the score 2–0.
Later, Abdelli’s shot from outside the penalty area was saved by the goalkeeper. In the 81st minute, "Nantes" player Fabian Centonze reduced the deficit to 2–1.
However, "Angers" re-extended their lead. In the 86th minute, Aruna Djibirin’s shot resulted in a goal.
Finally, in the 90th minute, Lilian Raolisoa found the back of the net, setting the final score at 4–1. Following this victory, "Angers" is now positioned in the middle of the league table with 22 points, while "Nantes" sits at the bottom with 11 points.
