Real Madrid’s head coach Álvaro Arbeloa commented on the reports in recent days regarding Kylian Mbappé. He emphasized that the information currently circulating does not correspond to reality and that attention should be focused on the player’s goals and his effective actions on the field.
“The information about Kylian published in the past few days is completely false. Right now, the best thing is to leave this topic behind and pay attention to his goals. Let him return to his previous level,” said Arbeloa.
The coach also spoke about Mbappé remaining on the bench during the derby: “This decision was completely logical. We discussed all issues openly, and he has always been in frank dialogue with me. The fact that he did not play in the starting lineup fits the team’s strategy,” added Arbeloa.
In addition, the coach paid special attention to reducing pressure on the player. In his opinion, Mbappé and Vinícius Júnior should participate less in defense and focus more on attacking actions on the field.
