Uzbekistan U-20 wins CAFA Championship title

The Uzbekistan U-20 national team, led by Jamoliddin Rahmatullayev, concluded their brilliant run in the CAFA U-20 Championship by securing the title. Our representatives officially clinched the tournament victory with a 2-0 win in the decisive match against Turkmenistan.
The Uzbekistan youth team played with confidence and discipline on the pitch. From the start, the team sought to take the initiative and managed to create dangerous opportunities in front of the opponent's goal.
The hero of the match was Lokomotiv player Quvonchbek Abrayev. He opened the scoring in the 15th minute to put our team ahead. In the 40th minute, he found the back of the net once again to complete his brace. Thus, Uzbekistan U-20 built a solid foundation for victory in the first half.
In the second half, our team maintained control of the game. They remained calm in defense, organized in midfield, and active in attack. Although the Turkmenistan team tried to narrow the deficit, the Uzbekistan defense stood firm.
In total, our team won all 4 matches in the tournament. Our representatives scored a total of 10 goals. Most impressively, the Uzbekistan U-20 national team did not concede a single goal throughout the entire tournament.
This result showed that our youth are prepared at a high level not only in attack but also in defense. Scoring goals is good, but finishing the entire tournament with a clean sheet is a class of its own.
In short, the Uzbekistan U-20 national team demonstrated absolute dominance in the CAFA tournament. 4 matches, 4 wins, 10 goals scored, and zero conceded — a result worthy of a champion. Our youth have once again proven that there is confidence in the future.
