Korea’s Hanshin to build pharma cluster in Uzbekistan

South Korean corporation Hanshin has won the tender to build a pharmaceutical cluster in Uzbekistan, Kursiv.media reported.
The cluster will be located on the southwestern outskirts of Tashkent. The total project cost is estimated at 70.2 billion won ($47.2 million), with Hanshin contributing 38.6 billion won ($26 million).
Founded in 1950, Hanshin specializes in residential and industrial construction both in South Korea and internationally.
Earlier in April, a Korean delegation visited Uzbekistan to support Seoul’s participation in local tenders.
