Deploi Launches Digital Infrastructure for Private Credit on Polygon

Deploi, a provider of institutional infrastructure for digital private credit, has launched a system for issuing direct bonds on the Polygon blockchain. This move follows the allocation of ISIN codes for UK consumer loans by Nasdaq CSD. This is reported by Cointelegraph.com reporting .
The first issuance involved digital debt obligations valued at up to 5 million EUR. This is part of Deploi's 1 billion EUR bond program for 2026, with plans to expand the program to 5 billion EUR once the global infrastructure is fully completed by the end of the third quarter of 2026.
Deploi aims to modernize the private credit market by replacing traditional, slow, and manual financial structures with programmable solutions. The system is based on EVM-compatible networks, with Polygon selected as the initial settlement layer, and a future transition to the Canton Network infrastructure is planned.
The bonds are issued and settled via the Assetera platform, which is licensed under MiFID II and regulated by the European Union. This provides investors with legal and secure access to blockchain-based private credit products.
