A traffic accident occurred in Andijan as a result of a driver falling asleep

In the Altynkul district of the Andijan region, a car accident occurred as a result of a driver falling asleep. This was reported by the regional Road Safety Department.

According to the report, the incident occurred on October 23 at approximately 13:15 at the 132nd kilometer of the D-105 Fergana Ring Road, which passes through the Oqtepa neighborhood of Oltinko\'l district.

The driver, V.M., born in 1990, while driving his Nexia-3, fell asleep and, going to the opposite side of the road, collided with a Nexia moving in his direction.

As a result of the accident, one passenger of the Nexia-3 sustained injuries and was taken to the district hospital.

Currently, the Road Safety Group of the Oltinko\'l District Department of Internal Affairs is conducting an investigation into the incident.
