In Fergana, a quarrel cost a citizen 56 million
In Fergana region, an ordinary street argument turned into a major financial loss. According to the decision of the Quvasoy city court for criminal cases dated November 11, 2025, it was determined to recover a criminal fine in the amount of 56,250,000 soums from citizen M.A. in favor of the state.
It was reported that as a result of enforcement actions carried out by the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, this fine amount was collected in full.
Looking at the situation, a few minutes of nerves and uncontrolled behavior turned out to be an “expensive lesson”: a street quarrel became an expense of 56 million soums for the debtor.
While paying the fine, the citizen jokingly said: “It turns out going to a boxing gym is cheaper than fighting in the street. At least I would buy a membership and benefit my health.”
Specialists also emphasize that releasing excess energy and nerves is better not through a quarrel, but through sport — it is more beneficial both for health and for the budget.
Violating public order is not limited only to administrative or criminal liability. It can often also lead to serious financial consequences.
