Land Seized Illegally Returned to Legal Owner

The "Yo.M." farm, operating in the Mirzaobod district, had unlawfully occupied and used agricultural land belonging to the "N.T." Limited Liability Company within the district's territory.

The Guliston Inter-district Economic Court issued a decision to evict the defendant farm from the unlawfully occupied land, with the execution of the decision entrusted to the Mirzaobod district department of the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau.

As a result of the enforcement actions, the land seized unlawfully was returned to its legal owner, and the court's decision was enforced.
