Nice, revived after nine straight defeats, earn a point against Strasbourg

After a mistake by Valentin Barco, Morgan Sanson chipped the goalkeeper, but his effort went wide.

In the second half, the hosts finally had their say: after a pass from Melvin Barr, Elye Wahi made it 1:1. Soon after, Sanson and Wahi fired off dangerous shots in quick succession, but Strasbourg’s goalkeeper pushed the ball out for a corner to save his team.

After the draw, Strasbourg remain 7th in the standings, while Nice sit in 13th place.
