Jose Mourinho arrives in Berlin for Michael Olise: Bayern rejects approach

Jose Mourinho, expected to be announced as Real Madrid head coach in the coming days, attended the DFB-Pokal final between Bayern and Stuttgart. The manager's appearance in Berlin has fueled transfer market rumors. According to reports, the Portuguese coach aimed to scout Bayern star Michael Olise directly. This is reported by Goal.com .

According to Sky Sports, the 63-year-old coach tried to keep a low profile in a blue cap and casual attire as he left his hotel for the Olympiastadion. He was accompanied by Hendrik Schauerte, a representative of the Gestifute agency managed by Jorge Mendes. It seems Mourinho has already begun planning squad reinforcements before his return to the Real Madrid dugout is finalized.

Michael Olise is currently one of the most sought-after players in Europe, and it is no secret that Mourinho is a huge admirer of the French winger. Having impressed in the Bundesliga, the player is seen as the primary candidate to bring fresh energy to the Madrid attack next season.

However, Bayern honorary president Uli Hoeness reacted sharply to the transfer speculation. The club legend dismissed Mourinho's interest, emphasizing that Olise is not for sale. "Even if he looks at Olise with five eyes, he won't get him. The player is not for sale. I hope I don't run into him, because he wasted his time coming here from Madrid," Hoeness stated.
