Cases for iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max revealed
Images of the first protective cases for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max models have appeared online. The design of these accessories almost perfectly replicates the final look of the smartphones. It turns out that the main camera of the devices remains in a horizontal block format. The new smartphones will retain the MagSafe wireless magnetic charging technology. The body is expected to be made of a solid aluminum alloy, while the camera area will be covered with a Ceramic Shield protective layer. The devices will be thicker than the previous generation: the thickness of the iPhone 18 Pro Max, including the camera bump, will be 13.77 mm.
The increased thickness indicates the installation of a larger photo module and improved optics. The smartphones will be available in four colors, one of which is a new Dark Cherry shade. The devices are also expected to be equipped with the A20 Pro chip, built on TSMC's 2nm technology. The official presentation is scheduled for September.
