The share of LLCs in Uzbekistan has exceeded 78%

The National Statistical Committee published updated data on commercial entities as of November 1, 2025. According to the official report, a total of 399.8 thousand commercial organizations operate in the country.

The majority of them - more than 313 thousand - are limited liability companies (LLCs). This figure corresponds to 78.3% of the total number of enterprises.

The distribution of enterprises by organizational and legal types is as follows:

Limited Liability Companies - 313,043 (78.3%);

Private enterprises - 46,776 (11.7%);

Family enterprises - 36,161 (9%);

Joint-stock companies - 632 (0.2%);

Enterprises of other forms - 3,199 (0.8%).

As can be seen from the data, the most popular form of doing business in Uzbekistan is still LLC.
