Popular singer Jahongir Otajonov openly expressed his thoughts on duets and working with colleagues in art in one of his interviews.
He says: “Who is currently performing live to sing a duet? Nobody. If we take Yulduz Usmonova as an example, she is one of the old ones. Yulduz Usmonova is a good artist and I always appreciate her work. But personally, she does not satisfy me, so I will not sing a duet with her. I cannot say that she is ready to sing a duet with me, but I did not decide on this for personal reasons.”
These words of Otajonov once again showed how important personal relationships and creative cooperation are in the world of art. The singer explained her creative decisions openly and sincerely.
