Ford introduces five new rally-inspired models to the European market

Ford has announced the production of five new vehicles by 2029 to strengthen its position in the UK and European markets. These models are based on the brand's rich rally heritage and aim to regain customer trust. This is reported by Autocar.co.uk reports .
The new lineup includes B and C segment vehicles. Among them are a Bronco-style crossover, a small electric car that may revive the Fiesta name, a crossover built on a Renault platform, and two other multi-functional crossovers. Ford is also expanding its commercial vehicle lineup with the new Ranger Super Duty pickup.
The company emphasized that it has no intention of leaving the European market and will increase its competitiveness as part of the "Ready Set Ford" global strategy. Ford plans to leverage its experience in producing off-road and high-performance vehicles to infuse the new models with rally-inspired design and handling characteristics.
The leader of the new lineup will be a compact crossover belonging to the global Bronco family. This model will be produced starting in 2028 at Ford's Valencia plant alongside the Kuga. The company, led by Jim Farley, aims to transform the Bronco brand from a single model into a major global brand.
