Massive Raids Underway in Tashkent Region to Address Overdue Debts

The Compulsory Enforcement Bureau of the Tashkent Region Directorate, in collaboration with officers from the Department of Traffic Safety (IIB YHXB), is conducting "Autocon" operations to ensure timely and full execution of court and other legal enforcement orders. Using specialized equipment, vehicles belonging to debtors are quickly identified, and appropriate measures are implemented in accordance with established procedures.

Massive Raids Underway in Tashkent Region to Address Overdue Debts

Since the beginning of these operations in November of this year:

  • 3,236 enforcement cases involving wanted individuals have been resolved,
  • and 241 vehicles with a total value of 17.6 billion soums have been located and placed in impound lots.

Of these located vehicles, 154—valued at a total of 7.3 billion soums—are tied to enforcement cases involving collections on behalf of banks.

Debtors are being informed that failure to resolve debts within the designated timeframes may result in the sale of their vehicles through electronic online auctions.

Currently, similar operations are being systematically carried out in all districts and cities of the region.
