Proposals from entrepreneurs are being accepted for the President's dialogue
An important process for entrepreneurs has begun in Uzbekistan. In preparation for the next Open Dialogue with the Head of State, proposals, complaints, and problems encountered in the sector are being accepted from business representatives. This initiative aims to hear the voices of entrepreneurs, identify existing barriers, and further improve the business environment.
It is reported that a Republican Headquarters has been established to review appeals promptly and systematically. Experts from over 40 ministries and agencies have been involved in this headquarters. This means that every incoming issue will not just be recorded, but studied with the participation of responsible parties to find solutions.
The main task of the Open Dialogue platform is to identify systemic problems in entrepreneurial activity. If obstacles in areas such as taxes, loans, licenses, land, infrastructure, exports, inspections, permits, or others are affecting business development, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to report them directly.
Such appeals can subsequently serve as a basis for new initiatives, legislative acts, and practical measures to improve the business environment. In other words, this process is not just about "accepting applications," but serves as a space for analyzing real problems in the sector at the state level.
Entrepreneurs can send their proposals and complaints via the short numbers 1100 or 1094. Appeals are also accepted through the @ochiqmuloqot2026_bot Telegram bot. This makes the process much more convenient for business representatives: there is no need for excessive paperwork or long queues to describe a problem.
Importantly, entrepreneurs can send not only complaints but also suggestions. Which procedures should be simplified, which processes are an excessive burden on business, and which legislative norms are not working in practice — all of this is considered important information for the Open Dialogue.
In short, the acceptance of appeals from entrepreneurs ahead of the next Open Dialogue with the President is a good opportunity for business. Now, problems should not just be discussed privately but conveyed through official channels. Because the more clearly business barriers are stated, the greater the chances of resolving them.
