State Budget Draft Approved in First Reading

Members of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis have conceptually approved the draft law on the State Budget in its first reading. During the discussions, they supported a number of initiatives.

In particular, attention was given to proposals for expanding the "Green Space" project, developing environmental programs, implementing artificial intelligence technologies, and strengthening the mahalla institution. Additionally, the deputies outlined measures to increase local budget revenues and expand the powers of local councils.

It is expected that these measures will contribute to quickly resolving socio-economic issues in the regions and enhancing the independence of the budget system.
