Lacetti vehicle seized due to 77 unpaid fines

The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement is carrying out systematic work to ensure the timely and full execution of documents from courts and other authorized bodies. In particular, as part of measures to collect administrative fines, legal enforcement actions are being applied to the property of debtors.
During one such enforcement action, it was discovered that the owner of a Lacetti vehicle had a total of 77 unpaid administrative fines. Since these fines were not paid voluntarily by the debtor within the established time frame, the state bailiff seized the vehicle in accordance with legal requirements.
During the enforcement process, the vehicle was duly processed and placed in an impound lot for temporary storage. The debtor was provided with explanations regarding the need to settle the existing debt in a short period.
