Safonov Receives High Praise in Champions League Match

In the sixth round of the UEFA Champions League group stage, PSG played an away match against Athletic Bilbao. The match ended in a 0-0 draw.

The French publication Lequipe graded the players' performances after the match. Russian goalkeeper Matvey Safonov, who kept a clean sheet, was rated 6 points for his performance.

Among PSG players, only midfielder Warren Zaire-Emery received a higher rating than Safonov. It should be noted that Safonov has now played two consecutive clean-sheet matches for PSG.

Earlier, PSG had defeated Rennes with a score of 5-0.
