In the Tashkent match, Pakhtakor started actively and opened the scoring in the 14th minute. Rustam Turdimurodov found the net, giving his team an early lead. The 'Lions' dominated possession and attacking play throughout the first half.
Pakhtakor maintained their tempo in the second half. In the 73rd minute, Rustam Turdimurodov scored again to complete his brace. Three minutes later, Ibrohim Ibragimov added a third goal, sealing the match outcome.
This win was crucial for Pakhtakor. The team finished with 6 points, securing second place in the group. The Tashkent side outperformed their opponents through experience, discipline, and clinical finishing.
In the second match, Surxon faced Yaypan away. Despite a goalless first half, the Termez side took the initiative after the break. Sarvar Abduhamidov put Surxon ahead in the 63rd minute.
In the 81st minute, Stefan Chinedu doubled the visitors' lead. Yaypan narrowed the gap through Asadilla Gayratillayev in the 87th minute, but could not equalize. The final score was 2-1 in favor of Surxon.
Thus, Surxon also finished with 6 points, topping the group on tie-breakers, while Pakhtakor took second place with 6 points. These results demonstrate that both teams are ready for the next round.
