Honor Pad 20: Tablet with 3K display and 10,100 mAh battery

Honor has officially unveiled its new Pad 20 tablet. The device is launching in the Chinese market in gray, green, and pink colors. Pre-orders are currently available, with official sales scheduled to begin on May 27. The standard version of the tablet with 6/128 GB of memory starts at 2,099 yuan (approximately $315). The manufacturer also introduced a special modification called Soft Light Edition. This version features a matte, anti-glare screen that mimics paper texture, with prices ranging from 2,099 yuan ($375) to 3,399 yuan ($510) depending on the memory capacity. The device is equipped with a 12.1-inch 3K (3000 x 1872 pixels) IPS display, providing a 120Hz refresh rate and 700 nits of brightness.

The tablet's hardware is based on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. The battery capacity is 10,100 mAh. Although the device supports fast charging up to 66W, a 45W adapter is included in the package. The audio system consists of six speakers, and both the front and main cameras have an 8-megapixel resolution.

The Honor Pad 20 tablet runs on MagicOS 10 based on Android 16. A special suite of AI tools for students has been introduced, helping with automatic lecture transcription, smart note-taking, and exam preparation. The device also supports the Honor Magic-Pencil 4s, which connects via USB-C.

During the presentation, in addition to the tablet, Honor also showcased the Honor 600 Pro, Honor 600 Super Edition, and Honor 600 Vitality Edition smartphones, as well as the Honor Watch 6 Plus smartwatch.
