Good news on the eve of Eid: $200 allocated to 8,000 children

Important proposals for supporting vulnerable populations in honor of Eid al-Adha were reviewed with the participation of Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Accordingly, more than 8,000 orphans, children deprived of parental care, and children of those who died defending the Motherland will receive $200 each. These funds will be transferred to their savings accounts.
Large-scale healthcare initiatives are also planned for the holiday. These include performing surgeries on 10,000 children, treating thousands of oncology and hematology patients, and covering liver and kidney transplant costs for at least 350 patients.
Furthermore, plans include building and renovating ablution facilities in 500 mosques, improving cemeteries, and providing food supplies to needy families, the elderly living alone, and persons with disabilities.
These measures will be implemented using 690 billion soums allocated through the 'Vaqf' Public Charitable Foundation.
