UzAuto Motors shareholders have approved the distribution of 4,642 soums per share in dividends based on the nine-month results of 2025. This decision was announced on the Unified Corporate Information Portal.
A total of 1.25 trillion soums (approximately $105 million) will be allocated for dividends. The remaining portion of the income—over 11 trillion soums—will not be distributed.
The payments will be processed through the Central Securities Depository. Currently, only 0.3% of the company's shares are available for open trading.
This marks the third dividend payment announced by UzAuto Motors in 2025. Shareholders have previously received multiple dividend payouts from the company.
With the new payment included, the total dividend for the year has reached 6,139 soums per share. Based on market prices in November 2025, the dividend yield is estimated to be approximately 11–12%.
However, despite a record dividend year for the company, the share price remains below its initial offering price of 72,500 soums. As of November 28, 2025, the closing price was approximately 53,000 soums.
