Illegal BADs were detected in Namangan, a large-scale scheme was exposed

During an operational operation conducted by the State Security Service in cooperation with the Internal Affairs and Customs authorities, another serious violation of the law was uncovered. This time, it concerns biologically active additives imported from a neighboring country through clandestine channels.
According to information, the operation took place in the city of Namangan, during which a "Damas" car driven by a local citizen born in 1977 was inspected. During an inspection of the car's interior, several types of products manufactured abroad but not provided with the necessary documents for import into the country were detected.
During the inspection, it was revealed that there were a total of 5 types of biologically active additives. These products were imported without registration, contrary to the requirements of the law, and their origin and purpose raised suspicions.
During the pre-investigation inquiries, the entire chain began to be uncovered through the statements given by this citizen and his spouse. It turned out that these products were imported into the country from a neighboring country through roundabout and illegal channels. According to the plan, they were to be transferred to another person in the Andijan region.
On this basis, urgent measures were continued, and the next stage was carried out in the Altynkol district of the Andijan region. There, while receiving these biological additives, the persons suspected of being their true owners were detained. One of them was a woman born in 1976, a resident of the city of Manas, Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the second was a resident of the Kurgan-Tepa district, born in 1982.
According to the investigation, among the seized products were biologically active additives under various names, such as "Samyun Van", "Cherny Cumin", "Senna Meccanskaya", "Mumiy Altayskoye" and "Kyst al-Hindi". Their total number is 2957 vials, with an estimated value of 226 million 343 thousand soums.
Experts note that the illegal import of such products can pose not only economic damage, but also a serious threat to public health. Since their quality, composition and safety have not undergone official verification.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated in this case, and an investigation is underway to assess the legal actions of all participants. No matter how "cunning" the attempts to circumvent the law are, they will definitely be exposed one day - the system is now working quite hard.
