Jamaliddin Khodjaniyozov extends Surxon deal for two more years

Centre-back Jamaliddin Khodjaniyozov has extended his agreement with Surxon for two more seasons. The 29-year-old has been playing for the club since 2024.
As of 6 January, the defender’s transfer value is estimated at €300,000 ($352,000). Over a year and a half at Surxon, Khodjaniyozov has made 39 appearances.
Previously, he played for Zenit Saint Petersburg, Rubin Kazan, Baltika Kaliningrad, and Denmark’s Aarhus. He also won the UEFA European Championship title with Russia’s U-17 national team.
The club’s press service noted that Khodjaniyozov’s experience and leadership are important for the team and that he serves as a role model for young players.
