Vivo S60 Series: Unveiled with 7200mAh Battery and IP69 Protection

Vivo has confirmed the design and technical specifications of its new S60 smartphone series, officially launching in China on May 29. The series includes the base model and the affordable S60 Vitality Edition. Both devices are already available for pre-order on JD.com, revealing their color options and memory configurations. The new smartphones feature a unified design language and will be available in three colors: Starry Sea, Early Summer Green, and Midsummer Night. The base Vivo S60 model comes with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, while the Vitality Edition starts at 8/256GB.

Technically, the Vivo S60 is quite powerful: it features a 6.59-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. The smartphone's main highlight is its massive 7200mAh battery with 90W charging support.

The camera system includes a 50MP main module and a Sony IMX8 series periscope telephoto lens. The device also features an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, and runs on Android 16 with the OriginOS 6 interface.
