Persons who illegally hunted in Surkhandarya were fined

Illegal hunters have been identified in Surkhandarya region, the press service of the Ministry of Ecology reported.

It was reported that citizen Kh.R., a resident of the “Ipak Yuli” neighborhood of Muzrabot district, citizen Sh.R., a resident of the A.Safarov SBU of Shorchi district, citizen B.O., a resident of the “Okhunboboev” SBU, citizen A.B., a resident of the “Alpomish” neighborhood, citizen R.Kh., a resident of the “Bunyodkor” neighborhood, citizens Ch.A. and M.A. did not comply with the requirements for hunting without a permit.

It turned out that they were hunting with their own hunting weapons in the Sholipoya massif in the “Ipak Yuli” mahalla of Muzrabot district.

In this case, an administrative fine of 20 times the minimum wage - 7.5 million soums each, for a total of 52.5 million soums, was imposed on each of the citizens in accordance with Part 1 of Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (manufacturing, importing, storing, transporting or sending, receiving or selling prohibited weapons or means of hunting and fishing).
