Tashkent doctors refuse to hospitalize intoxicated man
In Tashkent, doctors refused to hospitalize a drunk man complaining of heart pain, reported Nova24.uz.

According to witnesses, the man had spent nearly a full day on the street complaining about chest pain. The Republican Emergency Medical Center stated that the emergency call to number 103 was received on May 31 at 12:31 PM. A medical team arrived 20 minutes later.

Doctors observed mild alcohol intoxication and noted that all vital signs were within normal limits. Since there was no life-threatening condition, hospitalization was not medically necessary.

The medical team then called law enforcement, and the man was taken to a sobering facility. The person who made the emergency call was warned about liability for a false report.
