Riyadh 2025: Uzbekistan's Triumphs in Athletics

The Uzbekistan national team is successfully participating in the Islamic Solidarity Games currently being held in Riyadh. Representatives from athletics have secured several medals of various levels, enriching the delegation's record.

Amir Nagaev, a member of Uzbekistan's athletics team, claimed first place in the high jump competition. The athlete topped the final round with a result of 2.15 meters, leaving behind his competitors.

Another gold medal for Uzbekistan was brought by Ibrohim Mahkamov. He achieved a result of 16.74 meters in the triple jump competition, earning the top spot on the podium and strengthening the delegation's overall ranking.

Para-athlete Yo'rqinbek Odilov also had a successful performance. Competing in the F57 category of discus throw, he secured second place with a result of 46.26 meters, earning a silver medal in the Islamic Solidarity Games.

In the hammer throw sector, Zarinakhon Nasirjonova showcased her skills. She threw the implement 61.69 meters and claimed third place in the final standings.
