Igor Sergeev, a forward for "Pakhtakor" and the Uzbekistan national team, may transfer to Russia's "Krilya Sovetov" club this winter as a free agent. This was reported by Sport24.
According to the publication, the parties are in discussions regarding the details of a personal agreement and are close to a final decision. In the current season, Sergeev has scored 19 goals in 28 matches in the Uzbekistan championship, leading the top scorers' list ahead of the final round.
For the national team, the 32-year-old forward has played in 81 matches and scored 24 goals. "Krilya Sovetov" is a football club from Samara participating in the Russian Premier League.
Currently, the team is positioned mid-table in the league standings. In their latest match, "Krilya Sovetov" defeated "Rostov" with a score of 2-0.
