What will the weather be like on January 7? Brief forecast

On January 7, winter-like but relatively stable and dry weather is expected across Uzbekistan. This was reported in the daily forecast published by UzHydromet.
No precipitation is expected in Tashkent city and in most regions of the country. In some areas, especially during nighttime and early morning hours, fog may occur. The wind will mainly blow from the east, at weak to moderate speeds.
Nighttime air temperatures will range around 0…–5 degrees, with a possible drop to –6…–8 degrees in northern regions. During the day, temperatures are expected to gradually rise to +6…+10 degrees.
In the Fergana Valley, as well as in Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions, the weather will also be variable with no precipitation expected. In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, daytime temperatures will be slightly higher, reaching up to +8…+12 degrees.
In mountainous areas, the weather will be cooler. Fog may occur in some places, with nighttime temperatures dropping to –5 degrees and daytime temperatures ranging from 0 to +5 degrees.
Overall, no sharp cold spells or adverse weather conditions are expected on January 7. Despite being mid-winter, the days are forecast to be relatively mild and calm.
