Belgian midfielder Alexis Saelemaekers has become one of AC Milan’s most important players under Massimiliano Allegri. While previous coaches showed him less trust, he now holds a special place in the team’s system. This is reported by euro-football.ru reports .
However, there is a strong chance Saelemaekers will not feature in Milan’s next game. He picked up an injury in the last match and asked to be substituted with ten minutes remaining.
For now, doctors are not confident the player will be fully fit by Sunday’s Serie A Round 22 match against Roma. As a result, Allegri could be without one of his key leaders.
