A serious traffic accident occurred at a railway crossing in the USA on April 24. Fox News reported on this.
According to reports, a truck stopped in the middle of the railway crossing for unknown reasons. At that moment, the engineer of a train approaching at high speed did not have sufficient time to control the situation and stop.
As a result, the train collided with the truck's trailer and dragged it several meters along the tracks. Although the incident took a very intense and dangerous turn, the truck driver managed to jump out of the cabin just seconds before the collision.
Authorities stated that no one was injured as a result of this incident. Relevant services are conducting an investigation at the scene.
To prevent such cases, experts are urging drivers to be more cautious at railway crossings and to take immediate safety measures if technical malfunctions occur.
