Iranian President Masoud Pizishian inspected the new E’temad (“Trust”) ballistic missile and the Bavar 373-II air defense system on February 2, Tasnim news agency reported.
The presentation was held at an exhibition of the Aerospace Organization under the Iranian Ministry of Defense.
According to the agency, the new type of air defense system (ADS) has a range of up to 300 kilometers, can track 60 targets simultaneously, and can work with six targets.

The modernized missile system is equipped with separate radars, which allows it to operate independently of the central radar. The initial version of the Bavar 373 could detect targets within a radius of 320 kilometers and launch its missile at a distance of 200 kilometers. The improved Bavar 373-II is capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 300 kilometers.
The E’temad ballistic missile is 16 meters long and has a range of 1,700 kilometers. It is equipped with a warhead designed to destroy targets with high precision.
It was previously reported that Iran has developed a new kamikaze drone, the Rezvan, with a flight range of up to 20 kilometers, and is also planning to purchase a large number of Ababil-4, Ababil-5, and Arash attack drones. Follow “Zamin” news on “Telegram”
