Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a statement about the latest strikes against Iranian industry. According to him, as a result of the attacks, a large part of Iran's steel production capacity was destroyed.
Netanyahu stressed that these operations are of strategic importance and have had a serious impact on the country's economic infrastructure. "Approximately 70 percent of Iran's steel industry capacity has been disabled," he said.
At the same time, the Israeli leader said that the attacks were not limited to the steel industry. According to him, petrochemical enterprises were also targeted.
"We struck Iran's petrochemical plants today. Our actions in this direction will continue," the prime minister added.
