December 15: Dollar rate increases by 50 soums
As of December 15, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan announced updated exchange rates. According to official data, the US dollar rate rose by 50.48 soums to reach 12,097.93 soums.

The euro, meanwhile, increased by 95.37 soums to 14,194.50 soums. In contrast, the value of the Russian ruble decreased by 0.13 soums to 151.77 soums.

As of 4:06 PM on December 12, commercial banks were buying the US dollar at 12,040 soums and selling it at 12,060 soums. Commercial banks were buying the Russian ruble at 143 soums and selling it at 152 soums.
