Uzbekistan sent 633 containers to Europe
Since the beginning of 2025, Uzbekistan has dispatched 633 freight containers to Italy, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Switzerland, and other European countries. This was reported by "Uztemiryolkonteyner" (Uzbek Railways Container).

According to the company’s data, out of the 633 containers, 380 were shipped from Sergeli station, 228 from Nazarbek, and 25 from Asaka station. Uzbekistan's cargo is primarily delivered to European countries through Turkmenbashi Port.

The shipments included 18 container trains carrying goods such as mineral fertilizers, potash, urea, aluminum, and copper, destined for Europe. The "Uztemiryolkonteyner" company noted that these freight shipments are being carried out within the framework of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's directive to accelerate the development of the railway network.
