In Uzbekistan, beverage production totaled 26.9 trillion soums in January–November 2025. According to calculations by the National Statistics Committee, this figure is up 4% year-on-year.
The largest share of production was recorded in Tashkent city, where beverages worth 16.6 trillion soums were produced. It was followed by Tashkent region (4.5 trillion soums) and Khorezm region (2.2 trillion soums).
The lowest results were observed in Navoi region, where production amounted to only 25.7 billion soums. In Jizzakh region, the figure was 51.3 billion soums, and in Syrdarya region it reached 85.1 billion soums.
