The Brazilian footballer joined “Les Gones” in early January. The loan deal between the parties runs until the end of the current season.
“Leaving the best club in the world is hard for anyone. You want to play for the team everyone dreams of, but I haven’t left Real — it’s just a break. At Lyon, I’ll finally have the chance to play regularly, and in the long run that will benefit Real as well. Everything I need is here: a strong team, fans, the coaching staff, and the conditions to grow,” Endrick was quoted as saying by Madrid Zone.
The 19-year-old’s current contract with Real runs until 2030.
