Goal fest in Frankfurt: Eintracht and Borussia play out a thrilling draw

Matchday 16 of the German league has kicked off, and one of the brightest clashes of the opening day took place in Frankfurt. Eintracht hosted Borussia Dortmund, and it turned into a real spectacle — 3:3!
The game heated up very early: in the 10th minute, Bayer from the “Bees” opened the scoring to put the visitors ahead. But the hosts responded quickly: in the 22nd minute, Uzun converted a penalty to restore parity — 1:1.
In the second half, the match became even more explosive. In the 68th minute, Nmecha put Borussia in front again. But the lead didn’t last long: in the 71st minute, Ebnoutalib scored to make it level once more — 2:2.
The most dramatic moments came in stoppage time. In the 90+2nd minute, Doud seemed to have pushed Eintracht close to victory. However, Borussia fought to the end: in the 90+6th minute, Chukwuemeka struck back and put the finishing touch on the night in Frankfurt — 3:3. In short, two goals in the six added minutes — a real bonus for the fans!
As a result, Borussia Dortmund stayed 2nd with 33 points. Eintracht, with 26 points, climbed to 7th place. This draw brought mixed feelings: for one side — avoiding defeat, for the other — letting victory slip away.
