The Andijan District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau received an enforcement document from the Andijan Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases regarding the recovery of 74.4 million soums in credit debt from the debtor “Abror” farm in favor of “AGROBANK” JSC.
Additionally, based on an enforcement order from the Andijan Interdistrict Economic Court dated 02.01.2016, the farm is required to pay 166.3 million soums in electricity debt.
The debtor was warned to comply with the requirements of the enforcement documents within the specified timeframe and was provided with necessary explanations.
However, since the credit and electricity debts were not paid by the deadline, Bureau officers registered and seized a “VOLKSWAGEN” vehicle.
Now, if the credit debts are not repaid, the vehicle may be put up for sale via auction.
